"won't cancel within 10 minutes of placing order"
will not allow me to cancel order after they charged triple the amount. I tried to cancel within their policy of one hour. I canceled 10 minutes but they would not accept the cancel and said that within the 10 minutes the order was already processed. Not sure if this is a scammer.

They don't ship to Alaska. So I ordered from Amazon. If I like the bras I will give them a good rating on Amazon. But since this is a review for the company, not their product, well, they don't ship to Alaska.

In trying to get the right fit, I bought an item that didn't work and I contacted them on how to exchange it but they made it right and told me to keep it and let someone else try it. That's great business to me!!! Love my bras

I bought three items from your company one for myself and two for each of my daughters. They both love the fit and I love what I got. This is why I rated you so well, plus I am sick of those other bras with the wires in them, that are so hard to wear. My new bra is great and comfortable. In fact, I’m wearing it now and plan to purchase more.

When I received the wrong item (things happen!), a super helpful service rep fixed the problem pronto. Can’t ask for better service than that, so Shapermint earned a happy new customer! Ready to attend a family wedding in comfort :)

"Missing item number"
I did an order, which I received in a timely fashion. My problem is I need to exchange the iteams for another size. When I went to exchange I was asked for the items number. There was no packaging in my order with the product number. I can’t fin a email with the number, and when I talked to customer service, they said that a email with the product number in it would be sent out to me. Guess what? I’m still waiting on that email.

Not onky do they have an absolutely quality product. When I had a problem with 1 item, their customer service was amazing!!! They gave me an alternative size, and great suggestions for future purchases. It all happened quickly and efficiently I couldn't be happier.
